Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing JJStunningNails. Because our premium press-on nails are hand painted and custom-made to order, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our timelines and processes.

1. Processing & Production Time

Since we do not maintain a standing inventory, every set of nails is created specifically for you.
Production Time: Please allow 8-10 business days for our artists to hand-paint and prepare your order.
Order Updates: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a secondary notification with tracking information once your order has finished production and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges with fixed rate is $4 for both US and internationally.
Free shipping for orders over $35.
Shipping Estimate is 7-9 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or seasonal peaks.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International: We ship internationally. Customers DO NOT need to pay for any customs fees, duties. Customs are responsible for taxes applied to your order by your country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
