Return & Refund Policy

At JJStunningNails, we take pride in the quality and artistry of our handcrafted, made-to-order press-on nails. Because our products are created specifically for you, our return policy is as follows:

1. Custom-Sized Nail Sets

All of our nail sets are custom-made based on the specific sizes and preferences provided at the time of your order.
Non-Returnable: Custom-sized nail sets are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided they have been crafted according to the measurements submitted in your order.
Sizing Accuracy: We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements or purchasing a Sizing Kit before placing a custom order. JJStunningNails is not responsible for sets that do not fit if they were made to the measurements provided by the customer.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your items arrive damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong design, shape, or size (differing from your order confirmation), we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you believe your order is eligible for a return or exchange based on the criteria above:
Contac us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps (which may include a return shipping label or a production timeline for your replacement).

4. Cancellations

Since we begin the hand-painting process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

5. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any nail sets that have been opened, worn, or had the adhesive/glue applied.
